Education, Healthcare and Food Stability.
MH Foundation is a private charitable foundation operating for over 13 years in Punjab, Pakistan. Our aim is the upliftment of the local population through education, healthcare and food stability.
Over more than a decade of work we have supported thousands of families in providing education, economic assistance and food meals to ensure nutritional support. We have extended over 90 higher education grants and supported hundreds of children in the primary education system.
Education
We work with schools and families to ensure that students have access to current textbooks that are age appropriate and written in their local dialects. Where necessary, families are subsidies to allow children to attend school and outreach programs are used to emphasise the importance of education.
Eligible undergraduate students and graduate students are provided with full and partial scholarships to aid their road to further education.
Disease Prevention and Health Care
We launch bi-annual disease prevention campaigns where we raise awareness on important local infections and sanitary techniques.
Pop-up clinics allow us to screen local populations for endemic cancers and diseases that are otherwise left unchecked. In selective cases we subsidies life-changing treatment
Support for Families and Food Stability
Underprivileged groups are at risk of food instability which greatly hinders their ability to seek education and healthcare. Our initiatives include meal subsidises, food stamps and economic aid to help support families.
