We are based in based in Faisalabad, Pakistan and have a registered office in Dublin, Ireland.

MH Foundation was founded by Saeed Tariq and is currently operating under the care of his son Naseer Saeed. What began as an initiative for the upliftment of disadvantaged groups across both rural and urban life, has grown into a multi-faceted initiative against poverty and disease.

We believe in providing long term support for families against poverty and for this we have had a three fronted approach focused on education, healthcare and food stability. Over our 13 years of work in Punjab, Pakistan we have had the privilege of touching thousands of lives for the better and now we are extremely proud of our recent steps in partnering with other NGOs to help disaster relief.

Our disease prevention campaigns across Punjab are very popular with locals. We hold health screening events in the Faisalabad-Gujranwala-Lahore region while our food stability program within the Faisalabad District is a pillar of our work. Our scholarships and grants have allowed us to help students to reach their full potential, and it’s always a joy to see them come back and volunteer with us.
